In Sidmouth you can swim, hike, sail, play tennis, basketball or volleyball, or stroll along the seafront promenade. For the older ones, there’s also the chance to head to the disco, the cinema or the theatre.
Sidmouth is small and easy to get around. And yet there’s plenty going on in this little town, with over 200 young people from dozens of countries taking part in the summer language camp at our partner school.
What’s particularly great about Sidmouth is that you can move around quite freely here, because unlike Torquay or Paignton it’s a very safe little town and you can reach everything on foot. On top of that, the host families are usually within walking distance of the school. Ideal for an educational language holiday.
